Pizza

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup water (luke warm)

• 1 tsp yeast

• 1 tsp sugar

• 1 tsp salt

• 1 1/4 cup bread flour

• 1 tbsp oil

• mozzarella (low moisture)

• Chopped tomatoes / marinara

• pizza toppings

Directions

1. Activate yeast by mixing with water, and sugar to a bowl. 5-10mins

2. Add flour, oil, salt. Mix till a dough forms.

3. Using a stand mixer; mix on low speedfor 2-3 mins

4. Then Mix on medium speed for 5-10 mins.

5. Proof for at least 20mins; ideally a few hours-overnight (Pre-heat oven now if only proving for 20mins)

6. Roll out.

7. Add marinara, mozzarella, and toppings

8. Cook for ~8 on max heat oven. or 12-15mins at 200deg
