Hot Pot is a communal Asian dining experience where fresh ingredients are cooked in a simmering broth at the table. This interactive meal brings people together as they choose their favourite items to cook in the flavourful soup base, creating a customized and social dining experience.

Ingredients

  • Leafy Greens

  • 1 head chinese cabbage (chopped into large pieces)

  • 2 cups baby spinach

  • 4 heads bok choy (halved)

  • 1 bunch bunch Choy sum

  • Other Vegetables

  • 1 onion

  • 1 bunch salad onions (cut into 2-inch pieces)

  • lotus root

  • daikon radish

  • potato

  • sweet potato

  • 3 garlic cloves

  • ginger

  • Mushrooms (choose 1-2)

  • 200g white button mushrooms (whole or halved)

  • 150g shiitake mushrooms (stems removed)

  • 100g enoki mushrooms (trimmed and separated)

  • 200g oyster mushrooms

  • Proteins (Choose 2-3)

  • 300g pre-sliced beef (thinly sliced)

  • 300g pre-sliced pork (thinly sliced)

  • 200g prawns (peeled and deveined)

  • 1 fried firm tofu (cut into 1-inch cubes)

  • 200g fish balls

  • Carbs (choose 1-2)

  • 100g vermicelli noodles

  • 200g udon noodles

  • 150g rice noodles

  • 150g Thin fresh white noodles

  • 200g tteokbokki (oval style best)

  • Dipping Sauces & Condiments

  • 4 tbsp soy sauce

  • 2 tbsp sesame oil

  • 2 tbsp chili oil

  • 6 cloves garlic (minced)

  • 1 tbsp dried chilies (crushed)

  • Soup Base

  • 2 liters your preferred soup base (homemade stock or store-bought hot pot base)
