Belgian waffle

Ingredients

• 2 1/4 Cups self raising Flour

• 3 Tablespoons Sugar (Sweetner is also fine)

• 1/2 Teaspoon Salt

• 2 Large Eggs Separated

• 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil

• 2 Cups Milk

• 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon (Optional)

• 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract (Optional)

Directions

1. In a large bowl whisk together the flour, sugar, salt, and cinnamon.

2. In a medium bowl beat the egg whites with a hand mixer until stiff peaks form.

3. Add egg yolks (from previous step), vegetable oil, milk, and vanilla extract.

4. Add the egg yolk mixture to the dry ingredients and mix well.

5. Preheat your waffle iron, spray with non stick cooking spray and set aside.

6. Fold in the egg whites.

7. Pour 1 Cup of batter per waffle iron. Should take 5-10mins, or when no longer wet inside.

8. Serve immediately with nob of butter, syrup, powdered sugar or any other favorite toppings.
